A "For Lease" opportunity refers to any posted item of Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation or More Great Stuff available for Lease. As well, any new or used "Lease to Own" item. It also includes any item available for Lease beyond the ending of a Lease (after the Lease Term), otherwise known as a "Re-lease".
Lease Take-Over:
The items of this Opportunity Type are typically classified ads posted by Posters who, for any reason whatsoever, want to get out of their Lease!
A "Lease Take-Over" opportunity may be related to any specific type or kind of Equipment (Agricultural, Construction, Manufacturing, Medical, Office, Restaurant etc. etc.), or, any type of Transportation item i.e. Cars, Trucks, Bikes, Boats, Buses, Motor homes, Planes, Trains - you name it!
Also, a "Lease Take-Over" opportunity can reference any type of Real Estate presently available for "Sublease".
In any case, the Poster must keep in mind that for a Prospect to Take-Over their Lease, the leasing company/agency or Landlord that leased to them must approve the transferring of the Lease, and the credit worthiness of the Prospect who is to become the new Lessee.
Typically, Lease transfers are not a problem with payment of a small transfer fee, and in many cases the Prospect can establish a new Lease consisting of better rates under an extended Lease term.
For Sale:
All items posted "For Sale" are done so by classified ad Posters who wish to sell items they currently own that fall within our (4) classifications of; Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation and More Great Stuff, and their respective categories and subcategories (Over 500 subcategories).
This Opportunity Type may include new, used, end of Lease, or end of Rent cycle items available "For Sale".
Any "For Sale" opportunity of an amount greater in value than $3,000.00 either in US or Cdn. currency may be capable of being leased with using our FREE Lease Quote program. You will find these online quote forms by clicking on the FREE Lease quote tab within every $3,000.00 plus item "For Sale" classified ad posted on our site.
And, for those who want a FREE Lease quote on any item that is not posted on our site, you can find these online quote forms either by clicking on the "Save Time, Save Money...Enjoy Life" image at the top of the left column throughout the site or through a corresponding link once you click on the tab within any corresponding For Sale classified ad posted on our site.
For Rent:
This Opportunity Type is commonly seen with classified ads posted by Real Estate Agents, Landlords, Property Managers & Owners etc., and as they may specifically relate to real estate property within our various categories & subcategories of Real Estate available "For Rent", including Vacation residences.
However, for posting purposes on our site, and to ensure a clear distinction from that of Real Estate available "For Lease", this Opportunity Type refers to renting for a short period of time, and that being no greater than a term of one year.
Items available in this Opportunity Type may also include classified ads posted by rental companies and various businesses that wish to post their Equipment, Transportation and More Great Stuff items "For Rent" – by the day, week or the month.
This will include new or used "Rent to Own" Real Estate property and Equipment, Transportation and More Great Stuff items as well. Also to note, under this specific type of rental opportunity, the Poster should always indicate within their classified ad posting that they are willing to "Rent to Own".

Want to Lease:
This Opportunity Type is selected by those who post a classified ad for any Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation or More Great Stuff items they’re interested in leasing - “Want To Lease”.
Want to Take-Over a Lease:
This type of item wanted is a classified ad posted by those who have an interest to Take-Over or assume someone’s Lease, (should a Lessee want to get out of their Lease), in which case, there could very well be a significant cost benefit and savings to a Prospect who is looking to get out of their Lease as it relates to such an Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation or More Great Stuff item Wanted.
After a Poster selects this particular Opportunity Type upon posting their Item Wanted classified ad, it will appear in the applicable search results as a “Want to Take-Over a Lease” item.
However, despite the fact this will appear in the search results as a "Want to Take-Over a Lease" Opportunity Type , the Poster should always make reference within their classified ad description that it is their interest to take over or assume an existing Lease for this item.
Want to Buy:
For those who wish to post a classified ad for any Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation or More Great Stuff items they would like to purchase.
Want to Rent:
For those who wish to post a classified ad any Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation or More Great Stuff items they "Want to Rent" by the day, week or the month, and up to a total rental period of one year.
