If you've not yet registered  with us, or as an account holder you've not signed in before posting an ad, when you proceed to post your ad, you will be required to provide your e-mail address (must be yours and valid).
 
And, if you're not a registered account holder as of yet then once you type in your e-mail address, a registration window will appear for you to register an account - either a Personal account or a Business account (it's absolutely FREE to register and post your classified ads).

How to Stop Receiving Prospect Enquiries

A Personal Account registration is for any person/individual (not representing a business) who wishes to post their Big Ticket "Items Available" either for Sale or for Lease Take-over (including Real Estate available for Sublease), or their "Items Wanted" classified ads for items they're seeking to Buy, Lease or Rent - registration is very quick and easy! 

A Business Account registration is for those who are representing a company (a legally registered business) and wish to post their Big Ticket "Items Available" either for Sale, for Lease (incl. Lease to Own), for Lease Take-Over (incl. Real Estate available for Sublease) or, for Rent (incl. Rent to Own).  A Business account requires a bit more information from you than a Personal account, however, it provides you with some customized choices for how your classified ads are displayed and it enables you to take advantage of various Business discount and reward programs that we offer from time to time, specifically to our Business account holders.  

You are required to register a FREE account with us before you can begin posting your classified ad(s). Once registered as either a Personal or Business account holder, you will no longer be required to type in your e-mail address when posting an ad, provided however, you have first logged into your account at the top right corner of the home page. 

Please keep in mind that fraud prevention and the safety of all those using our website is very important to us. We trust that you will make every effort to ensure that your account information is at all times complete, accurate and current. And, since LeaseArrangers has been designed for serious Big Ticket item buyers and sellers, we're quite sure that all visitors with interest in your posted item(s) (Prospects) will take much comfort in knowing that your account status is accurate and up to date.
 

General:

It's always FREE to post classified ads at LeaseArrangers.com, and based on the posting promotions we're running at the time, and the categories in which you post your ads, you may be automatically entered to win great prizes just for posting.
 
No Duplicate Classified Ads:  
There is no limit to the number of classified ads you can post in a day or at anytime. However, you are not permitted to post any one classified ad more than once in any particular subcategory/category combination listed on our site (duplicated ads are not permitted). 

However, we don't view it as a duplicated ad if you post the same classified ad under another category of relevance i.e.
Equipment- Construction - Generators ....could also be posted in:
Equipment - Agriculture - Generators 
Equipment - Automotive - Generators

In any event, every item you post must be relevant to the subcategory/category combination in which you post it. 


Quantity of Words in each Classified Ad:
There is no limit to the number of words you can use in any classified ad. However, if your classified ad appears lengthy, it's unlikely that Prospects will will read it.

Therefore, we recommend you keep your classified ad to no more than 400 words. We encourage you to include as many images as you can - we enable you to, and encourage you to, upload 7 images (max 2 mb each) for each classified ad you post. 
Please see additional "How To's" located in the top left column on the posting page. 

Perhaps it's best to sum it up this way:
"More pictures and fewer words will always generate more interest"  

If you are copying narrative content from another location, paste into the text box using the "Paste Plain Text" icon then format to your taste.

We Recommend:

You do not post your telephone number inside of your classified ad. If you do, we cannot ensure your privacy and you may be the recipient of unsolicited and perhaps undesirable telephone calls.
You should always have Prospects first contact you by e-mail through the "Contact this Poster" link at the top right hand corner within your classified ad.


Use of Weblinks:
You are only permitted to insert an e-mail or website address within your classified ad by first purchasing an individual URL hyperlink (weblink) or weblinks in bulk (at a volume discount - for posting multiple ads), which, upon your purchase and each insertion from the posting page will hyperlink to either an email address, website, video clip, product specs etc. of your choice. Your hyperlink weblink will then be quickly seen in blue bold directly under the  "Location" you specified in your classified ad (one hyperlink weblink per classified ad).  After purchasing a weblink for your ad or using one of your weblink credits drawn from your account (after purchasing weblinks in bulk), you are permitted to type in as many URL addresses within the body of your classified ad as you wish - for Prospects to copy and paste into their browsers. 

It is not permitted for you to type in an e-mail, website, video clip or other e-address (URL) of anykind within the body of your classified ad without first purchasing a weblink. Please be advised that we have programmed detection and stripping scripts in place that will remove any URL e-mail address, website address etc. from your ad if you typed one or more in the body of it without first purchasing a weblink from the posting page.


     How to Post Your Ad - Step by Step:

• Insert a Title for your ad (maximum 50 characters). You will not be able to submit your ad until a Title has been provided.  Remember that many people search using keywords, make your posting easy to find. 

          e.g. 1400 s.f. retail space Vancouver or 2007 Lincoln MKX Dallas

• Select the appropriate Class, Category and Sub Category applicable to your item.
• Depending upon your selections some fields may change. Complete all fields in the right column accordingly.
• Insert the description of your item.
• Upload up to 7 images (max. 2 mb each)  starting with your main photo.
• To Promote your Ad you may purchase a Premium Feature and a Spotlight Feature position. As well, a Web Link or Web Link credits which get credited to your account for use in each additional ad you wish to post (you can use your web link to show a video, product specification sheet or even to your email address.  You may change your web link URL at anytime throughout the 60 day active period.
• Enter the security code and click Post

Your ad will appear on LeaseArrangers.com for a period of 60 days. On the 50th day you will receive an email informing that your ad is about to expire, including a link which you may use to renew your ad for another 60 days.  If you do not renew the ad it will expire and be deleted upon the 60th day.
