LeaseArrangers.com is a FREE to post and search online sourcing & service centre for anyone (business owners and the general public) throughout Canada and the USA that helps them locate;
1) All types of Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation, and More Great Stuff items available (and wanted) for Lease, Lease-takeover, for Sale, and for Rent;
2) All types of Businesses for Sale (and wanted) via our "Biz Buy & Sell" section (to be live on the site by August/08);
3) Jobs (available and wanted) via our "Job Finder" section which covers the areas of Sales, Administration, Tech support, Operations, Management and Service within the Leasing/Financial, Equipment, Real Estate and Transportation Industries (to be live on the site by August/08).
So, you’re actually an online classified ad directory?
To some extent perhaps… but we’re much more than just a directory. Our “classified ads” are always FREE for people to self author and post as many non-duplicated postings as they wish, and with each consisting of; up to 500 words of descriptive narrative, up to 7 photos of any size (our system automatically sizes to fit), various audio and video clips/files, links to item related brochures and specification data, and a whole lot more……..
To us, being labelled as a “classified ad directory” just doesn’t describe what we're all about and how we can help. However, lately it seems that many of our site visitors have named us the “E-bay of leasing!"

Why the name LeaseArrangers?
The name is indicative of the company’s true intentions – to connect prospects with posters and vice versa for the purpose of enabling them to; lease, rent, buy and sell new or used big ticket items at a significant savings – essentially, the Equipment, Real Estate, Transportation and More Great Stuff items they need (but not necessarily forever). As well, LeaseArrangers provides a vehicle for prospects to receive FREE insurance quotes for coverage on just about anything, and FREE lease quotes on many of the items posted “For Lease” and “For Sale”. Also, FREE warranty and shipping quotes.
However, above all, it was almost a decade ago when the founder of our company had a vision with this domain in mind; to provide a FREE online venue for anyone to quickly and easily find an interested party to take-over or assume their unwanted or no longer needed lease on Equipment, Real Estate and Transportation items.... and not just the everyday cars and trucks on the road today, of which so many related online entities have, over the past several years, taken serious money from those in dire need of help to get out of their lease.
Who is the “Company”? And, what’s the story behind the founder?
LeaseArrangers.com is the principal website domain held by a privately owned and operated registered corporation under the name of LeaseArrangers.com Inc. The company’s ownership and daily operations are led by a 30 year veteran business coach & mentor, a highly talented computer programming wizard and a very well experienced financial leader.
As for the founder and CEO of our company, his name is Jim Sulyma. For over 23 years Jim has been an international commercial leasing expert for a long roster of small growth oriented businesses to a wide range of large multi-national corporations. His specialty is to greatly reduce business operational costs by securing for his clients the most well structured and best lease deals possible. There’s no question that through LeaseArrangers.com Jim is continuing to fulfill his true passion - to help business owners and their companies succeed. And, at the same time, offer an opportunity for a better quality of life to everyone he can!
What are your company’s short and long term goals and how will they be achieved?
Well, as it relates to both our short and long term goals; first, it should be mentioned that prior to launching our site, we spent almost two years conducting extensive research and planning out the provision of all the right services, and just the right way...for the benefit of our customers. Therefore, the long and the short of it; we intend on being the very best at what we do, all the time!
And, starting with the key geographical areas throughout North America, we're setting our sights on becoming the World’s #1 source for leasing, buying, and renting anything and everything!
As for how we see achieving this, similar to what it takes for any online business, the process starts with establishing and building upon the very best Site Features & Services....all of which continually provide good value for our visitors and account holders. And from there, it’s all about creating awareness!
We're currently in the process of launching a mass awareness campaign, which entails a targeted and high ranking use of the internet, a series of very distinct radio commercials, billboard visuals, and later this year, a corresponding series of television commercials, all delivering a consistent message about who we are, what we do, and how we can help!
